All our Hoverboards include a a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase and are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects during this period. Warranty is void if your Hoverboard shows visible signs of damage or has been misused beyond what is considered normal use. This especially includes water damage. Wear and tear is not covered under this warranty, only defects in craftsmanship such as receiving a product DOA or a bad chipboard.

In order to submit your claim, send an e-mail to support@Huvtron.com and describe the exact problem that you are having. We will then review your claim within 48-hours and provide instructions for you to send the Hoverboard to our repair center.
You may ship your defective Hoverboard to our repair shops within 90-days of your original purchase date. We will then repair your Hoverboard, test it, and ship it back to you.
Returns are accepted within 7-days from the delivery date according to the UPS tracking number. If it has been more than 7-days unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In addition, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and all return shipping charges will NOT be reimbursed. To be eligible to return the hoverboard:
Items returned with any sort of cosmetic (scratches, blemishes, worn tires, etc) or mechanical (broken gyro, bent wheel, etc) damage will not be accepted.
To complete your return, please send an e-mail containing your order number and the reason for the return to support@Huvtron.com. We will then provide additional instructions and address to our return facility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Hoverboard. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48-hours.
